Had a super busy week.
ermm, lets see, how shall i start the post...
Originally for the week, i had work for 2 days...
But....

k, i'll stop being lame.
It increased to 6 days...W.T.F!
F.Y.I(Refer to the post heading for the meaning of W.T.F!)
Ohh ya, and the first troublesome customer i had had
some what taught something me new.
If F.Y.I was to be spelled as FYI, it may not have a meaning
the magic goes with the dots spacing out each alphabet.
Like the restaurant i am working for = F.I.S.H
The customer asked for its meaning.
(lucky Kian Ming was the main person serving her. XD)
And i bet most of the senior staffs would get shocked
if a customer shoots them this question.
The seriously( not lame) meaning:
Fish . Is . So. Hot !!
o.O tell me, who would have taught of that....
And i think our restaurant should be in a
little trouble with the service rating,

So 'lucky' that the lady actually told us the
company she was working for;

Opps, I mean G.S.I
and G.S.I = some company that rate the level of service.
DUMBB..
We're DEAD..
but anyways, lucky the manager and supervisor doesn't
know about it.(DOn't Think they would read my blog :X)
And i think Kian Ming also unclear of her background.
He will know after reading this post.
Wow, long story about an auntie who faked herself as a "regular"
customer.
Well, and the worst part of Monday was...
the crowd.
Screwed, didn't know why only on that particular day
must all the rich people come dine at our restaurant.
I was stationed at the second floor. so for the 1st 2.5 hours
of duty, i solo'ed the half filled second storey.
then W.T.F, left with like 2 hours before knocking off,
then my supervisor sent help.
super busy day lurhh,
after all the customers cleared, its already like 10.30 PM.
30 minutes to knock off, how to complete the cleaning up???
We worked over time to 11.40PM before
my supervisor commanded all to go home.
(If not she won't be able to catch the bus, last bus=11.45Pm)
Great..
Super over time, plus plus no extra pay :(
Can't even eat the salad left for staff.
This is gonna be a damn wordy post..
Tuesday is as busy as Monday,
maybe its because 2009 is ending,
and people are like so willing to splurge,
its ironic to have a foodcourt nearby
and people still unconditionally dine in at F.I.S.H,
practically can see the food court on the second floor,
through the glass door.
What for pay another additional ten percent for service
charge and another seven for GST.
The pain comes when u see the bill.
Today i had a customer paying $$250 for a table of eight.
And it was after a ten percent off (promote a bit for the company)
with THE FISH AND CO. CARD!!
i write orders till my hands got sore.
lucky the pay the bill by cashcard, if not must count $$$.
Then also, this week can't go out for countdown, or
tawn out of home, just because i had work on the following
day in the morning shift. Sad leapp year..
So, very sorry to frens out there that i can't reply ur
" 'Happy' New Year".
Zzz Got work tomorrow, and luckily the restaurant 'training'
on 3rd and 4th cancelled, if not got to miss 4i class chalet.
Ohh ya, and today the restaurant invented a new drink called
the dibeties, its sprike with rose syrup,
imagine the tender sweetness...BleHh!
Its getting a little late,
maybe post next time. :/
